Her family made the move to Great Britain when she was 16 years old. She studied at the American British Academy in Muscat (Oman) and graduated in 2004 from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. She is also an associate director of the MahWaff Theatre Company. She hasn't spoken about her husband's relationship, but she did announce the fact that she was expecting.
