Fawn Mckay

Fawn Brodie McKay, born on the 15th of September 1915, was raised in Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay, who was a member of the Mormon Church's original family, utilised her amazing abilities as a writer and her formidable research skills in order to produce the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book,"No Man knows My History was published in 1945. The name was taken from the sermon title that Joseph Smith delivered in 1844, when he shocked his hearers by stating: "You do not know me and you have never heard my voice. Nobody knows my story. It is not possible for me to tell you. Fawn, a 29-year-old woman wrote: "Since that moment of candor, at least three writers have picked up the task." There are some who have attempted to establish a medical diagnosis. Documents do not lack, but they are contradictory. It's not an easy task to assemble these documents by separating the first-hand versions from the third-hand versions and then combining Mormon narratives with non-Mormon ones to form a cohesive collage. It is both interesting and instructive. FawnBrodie dedicated herself to this job. The results of her study as well as her writing earned her the world's attention: Thaddeus Stevens. The Devil drives (1959). The Story of Sir Richard Burton (1967) Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974) as well as Richard Nixon.
